Ochanomizu University and Sompo Holdings Sign Comprehensive Collaboration and Cooperation Agreement

Ochanomizu University and Sompo Holdings, Inc. signed a comprehensive agreement on March 9 to combine their distinctive characteristics and strengths to promote the progress of industry and society. The signing ceremony took place in Ochanomizu University’s conference room, with University President Kimiko Murofushi and Sompo Group CEO Representative Director and President Kengo Sakurada providing a briefing about the agreement’s significance and their expectations. Ochanomizu University and Sompo Holdings, Inc intend to use the distinctive characteristics and strengths of both parties educate students who will become business leaders, as well as to pursue areas of research, development and human resource training. The collaboration is to improve the quality of human life and extend healthy life expectancy, and this comprehensive agreement enables us to contribute to a sustainable society by broadly offering the results to the public.
