岡村浩司特任講師が International Conference on Bioinformatics で
Best Paper Award を受賞

　生命情報学教育研究センターの岡村浩司特任講師が2011年11月30日からマレーシアのクアラ・ルンプールで開催されていたThe 10th International Conference on Bioinformatics (InCoB 2011) にて、Best Paper Award を受賞しました。

　次世代シークエンサを用いてカタユウレイボヤ遺伝子の網羅的な転写開始点決定を行った以下の研究が対象論文です。
　Profiling ascidian promoters as the primordial type of vertebrate promoter, Okamura et al.
