Ochanomizu students are invited to attend a regular concert in late January each year. A notice is posted in late December, and attendants may be selected by lottery in case of a large number of applicants.

This event aims to welcome international students new to Ochanomizu University and offer an opportunity for them to deepen their friendship and promote international exchange with current Japanese and international students. Held each year at around the time of the July 7 Tanabata festival, it attracts approximately 200 students.
Volunteers for the event are always welcome. A call for volunteers is posted around mid-April on bulletin boards and also made by e-mail.

Ochanomizu University approves the on-campus activities of 27 academic clubs and 18 sports clubs. They provide a great opportunity to mingle with Japanese students and welcome your participation.
