Japanese summer program to start in 2013

Ochanomizu University will start a Japanese summer program this academic year. The program will be offered to Japanese language students from overseas partner universities. The three-week intensive program includes comprehensive language classes as well as project-based classes for strengthening academic language skills, in which students conduct research on selected topics and report their findings.

Capacity 20 students (approx. 10 students per class)
*For both men and women
Credits Students from partner universities will earn 4 credits and grades
Courses Comprehensive Japanese, Project Work, Field Work, Culture Class (kimono, flower arrangement, etc. optional), Tokyo Tour (optional)
Eligibility (1) Participants must have passed the N4 or N3 level of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) or have an equivalent level of Japanese proficiency
(2) Participants must be students from partner universities of Ochanomizu University

Ochanomizu University plans to hold the Japanese summer program again next academic year. Details will be posted on the university website once they are available.
